OneMBA Curriculum

How does OneMBA prepare me for global responsibilities?

OneMBA brings together best practices from multi-national companies and universities around the world. The OneMBA curriculum was designed by key faculty members from the five partner schools.

• Global residencies: Join OneMBA students from around the world for four residencies in the US, Europe, Latin America (Mexico and Brazil), and Asia. Each residency lasts seven days.
• Global core courses: Five core courses are taught simultaneously at the five OneMBA partner schools. Each course requires you to work remotely with team members living around the world.
• UNC’s regional courses: Ten courses are designed to help North American managers excel in the global marketplace.

The four residencies are spread over the 21-month Program. Between residencies, you attend core and regional courses once a month in the DC area or Chapel Hill. You’ll leave OneMBA with a vast network of global colleagues who will be a resource throughout your career.
